Shipping & Pickup Policy

H&S Fencing & Supply ships small parts and accessories nationwide within the United States. Larger items are available for local pickup at our Linden, Wisconsin location.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. During periods of high demand or when items are being sourced from our suppliers, processing may take longer. We'll email you tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is calculated based on your order total:
- Orders under $50: $9.95 flat rate
- Orders $50 to $199.99: $14.95 flat rate
- Orders $200 and over: Free shipping

Expedited shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional charge.

Local Pickup — Linden, WI
Every product on our website is available for free local pickup at our Linden, Wisconsin location. Choose Pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready — usually within 24 hours.

Large Items and Freight
Some larger items may require freight shipping. If you need a freight quote for a large order, please contact us before ordering and we'll arrange delivery or coordinate pickup.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Some heavy or oversized items may be available for pickup only — this will be noted on the product page or shown at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Save all packaging and take photos of any damage — this helps us file claims with the carrier and get you replaced or refunded quickly.
